As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at P&C, you’ll find and attract ‘A’ players to build a powerful and productive workforce. By using a scalable and effective recruitment process, you’ll prospect, pitch, screen, and close highly qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs. You’ll strive to foster an excellent candidate experience by engaging with candidates, gathering insights from new hires, and implementing best practices in the industry while contributing to our expansion plans.

Requirements and skills

● In-depth knowledge of the industry to effectively source for ideal candidates
● Comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment standards
● Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Work experience as a recruiter in the IT industry or a similar role
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Expert in different sourcing methods.
